Having been on the frontlines of crisis communications several times in my career, I can attest to the importance of having a strategic, clear, comprehensive, interactive, and compassionate crisis communications plan.


I'm happy to see the San Diego County Communications Office receive recognition for a job well done regarding two separate incidents in their community. Bravo!
